About this site: Canadian wilderness photographer, Danette Romard loves to travel the back roads of North America in search of nature’s hidden treasures. This passion has taken her from the shores of Nova Scotia to the rainforests of British Columbia, the mountains of the Canadian Rockies to the deserts of Arizona. Working with a Hasselblad camera, Danette creates color images that are crisp, majestic and inspirational. Her fine art prints are so striking that people often ask whether they have been created through digital manipulation. They have not. Rather they demonstrate her ability to frame her subjects in just the right light. |
